Adult Day Care & Transportation

Our Spartanburg location accepts clients from all walks of life. Whether you’re struggling with Alzheimer’s, are a Veteran, or are 18+ with special  needs, we are here to help. Our DHEC certified employees provide day center care, including a wealth of meals and activities, that is unmatched. Each person who signs up for day center care services gets a hot meal every day, a specialized physician care schedule, medication assistance and more.

We also offer transportation for our members. Any person attending our day centers can request a ride to their appointments. Though we have buses, some of our employees also drive their vehicles, marked with a GPS tracking system by Elite Home Care, so your loved one can keep track of where you’re headed.

One of the reasons many people choose Elite Home Care is for our secure and affordable payment options and flexible scheduling. While our rates are extremely affordable out-of-pocket, we have a list of available options including approved Medicaid and vouchers. We also charge our clients an hourly rate, meaning you won’t be charged a per day fee if you pay from your pocket. This allows you to schedule respite relief for a few hours or a full day of adult day care four times per week—it’s up to you!

In-Home Care in Spartanburg

While our day center offerings are appealing, we also provide in-home care assistance for seniors who choose to live independently and prefer a caregiver to visit them. In-home care can range anywhere from personal care to companion care, which includes hygiene assistance, errand assistance, medication reminders, post-operational care and help getting to and from appointments.
