How Do I Pay For Adult Day Care Services?

Elite options for payment include private pay, long term care insurance, Veteran medical benefit, CLTC Medicaid, DDSN Waivers, Agency on Aging and SC Coalition Respite vouchers and more.

Because our rates are very competitive, if not more affordable than our competitors, most people choose to use private pay options using a credit card or account draft.  We charge a daily rate, so you can be flexible in your scheduling choices. You nor your loved one has to commit to a long-term contract. Do you only want respite relief for just a day or two? Maybe your loved one wants to attend the day center weekly to enjoy activities, friends, and the movie theater. Private pay members who attend five days per week qualify for a discount, making it easier on their wallet. 

Out-of-Pocket Payment Not for You? We Have Options!

If private pay isn’t for you, we offer a range of payment methods that can help. For those who have long term care insurance, Elite is a licensed and approved provider.

We care deeply about our Veterans who have been affected by PTSD or simply want a place to relax with their peers. Qualifying Veterans can apply through their local VA clinic for medical adult day health center benefits, just check “Elite” as your provider!

For those with cognitive disabilities like Alzheimer’s, the Alzheimer’s Association offers a voucher program, and Elite is an approved provider! For those without Alzheimer’s, you can get a voucher through the Area Agency on Aging for home care services. There are limited amounts of relief for assistance on respite vouchers, so make sure to apply early.

Lastly, we take CLTC (Community Long Term Care) Medicaid relief. Elite Home Care is a provider for PCI, PCII and Respite and Companion Care.

Who Can Attend Elite Home Care & Day Centers?

Many people mistake us for an adult/senior-only care center, but all individuals over 18 who are special needs may also request day center, home care or transportation care with the ID/RD Waiver or Community Support Waiver. Both waivers are approved through Elite Home Care and we have sectioned off parts of our facilities by age groups (senior care or 18+ disability care).
