If you have a loved one with Medicare who is starting to show signs of memory loss, there may be support available that you didn't even know existed. Elite is now part of the GUIDE Program , created to support those living with dementia and the caregivers who walk alongside them every day. We know how overwhelming it can feel when you're not sure where to start — and that's exactly why this program exists. If this sounds like your situation, or someone close to you, we're here to help guide you.
