Direct Deposit Update
Paychex Flex is adding an extra security step for all employees and contractors. Effective February 19, 2026, anytime direct deposit information is added or changed, you will receive an email or text alert and must log in to Paychex Flex to approve the change before it becomes active.
What You Need to Do:
- Make sure you are registered for a Paychex Flex account.
- Confirm your email and mobile number are correct in your profile.
- If you're not registered, request an invite from your manager or follow the prompts in Paychex Flex.
This update helps protect your direct deposit from unauthorized changes.

Insurance Alerts!
Caregivers may receive periodic alerts requesting updated proof of auto insurance. This is expected and not an error. The alert means your insurance is expiring or missing in our system and updated proof must be submitted to your home care office staff, so we can remain compliant with the Department of Public Health. Failure to submit updated insurance may result in temporary driving or scheduling restrictions until documentation is received. If you have questions or need help submitting your proof, please contact your office team.
